• I Installed two Windows servers 2019 (Standard Edition).
• I created an Active Directory domain on the first server that acted as a domain controller. And used contoso1.com for the domain name.
• I Installed Microsoft Exchange server 2019 CU12 on Exchange1 and joined it to the contoso1.com domain created earlier.
• I created a request for a certificate and called it webmail.contoso1.com, submitted the request to the certificate authority, retrieved the certificate, and assigned it to SMTP, POP3, IMAP4 and IIS services.
• I created a mailbox database called DB1.
• I created a mailbox for the following user (Fateh, Andrew, Hamid, Iryna, Fode, Sales_User1, and Sales_User2) in the DB1 database created earlier.
• I created a room mailbox called Room 3316 in the DB1 database. And The corresponding user account.
• I created a shared mailbox called Share sMB1 in the DB1 database, and a corresponding user account and I authorized only Fateh and Andrew to access it
• I created a mailtip for Andrew's and Hamid's mailboxes using the following text: “This person is a Cisco Expert.”
