I designed and implement 2 Local Area Networks each with 2 IP Phones with different permissions using Cisco Unified Communications Manager The IT director has entrusted me with the project to implement the new VoIP environment. MTL Inc has two offices, the head office located in Montreal and a call center located in Bengaluru (India). Multi-site WAN with distributed call processing was chosen as deployment model (IP phones in Montreal were registered with the CME of Montreal and Bangalore IP phones were registered with Bangalore CME).
